Many new clients have never built a custom home and perceive the process as overwhelming. We encourage each client to determine their own level of involvement. For some, it means simply approving pre-selected details from our architects, and for others, it’s having the ability to design the tile pattern over the oven or the crown molding in the living room. It may be a Pohlig house, but at the end of the day it’s your home. We expect nothing less than total satisfaction for our clients and everyone on the Pohlig team strives to achieve this goal.
