The brothers Pohlig, Todd and Don, bring to life the great American tale of ãlocal boys make goodä. Both graduated from Monsignor Bonner High School, with Todd joining the Army upon graduation from Villanova University. Don, the younger, had such a hunger to work that he started with a house framing company on the day of his high school graduation (instead of going to the ceremony!). He soon started his own framing business and built challenging contemporary houses instead of the ãboxesä of that day. Todd dreamed up the family building business when he was in the Army, and started Pohlig Builders when he returned home.

Since 1974, Don and Todd Pohlig have been building some of the finest homes in Chester County and the Main Line. They have built a loyal following of satisfied customers, a reputation as responsible businessmen and an efficient, professional organization whose work reflects the pride that both men share in their craft.
